  • Since many of our products are handwoven, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur—this is part of their uniqueness.

  • All sizes and measurements are approximate.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Payments are accepted through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

  • Dispatch will happen only after full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of handwoven sarees, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
