1. Orders & Pre-Booking

• All our sarees and dupattas are handwoven and made to order.

• For customized or pre-order items, we take an advance booking amount (non-refundable). The balance payment must be completed before dispatch.

• Processing time for handwoven sarees is usually 5–7 weeks, depending on the design.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and internationally.

• Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

• International delivery timelines depend on destination (approx. 10–15 working days).

• Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

• Any customs duty or import tax for international orders will be borne by the customer.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Since our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos.

• Eligible returns must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

4. Cancellations

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled for ready-to-ship items.

• For pre-orders, cancellations are not allowed after weaving has started. Advance booking amounts are non-refundable.

5. Payments

• We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

• For international orders, payments are accepted via PayPal or credit card.

• All prices are listed in INR. Currency conversion charges may apply for international buyers.

6. Product Disclaimer

• Our sarees and dupattas are handwoven pieces of art. Minor weaving irregularities or variations in color may occur due to the natural dyeing and handcrafting process. These are not defects but a mark of authenticity.

• Colors may slightly vary from what you see on screen due to device display settings.

7. Privacy & Security

• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and communication.

• We do not share your details with third parties without consent.
