At PatolaWeaves.com, we take pride in offering authentic, premium-quality handwoven sarees. Since each piece is unique and made with care, our return and refund process is designed to protect both our customers and our artisans.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product you received is damaged during transit.

  • The product is defective or not as described.

  • You received the wrong item.

Due to the delicate nature of handwoven products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Color variations (as screens and lighting may slightly differ from real fabric colors).

  • Minor weaving irregularities that are natural in handcrafted textiles.

  • Change of mind or dislike after purchase.

2. Return Request Process

If your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Email us at support@patolaweaves.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Products must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or wrong items, subject to stock availability.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
