Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product received.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.

The dupatta must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds

Once the returned dupatta is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For custom orders or pre-booked dupattas, refunds are not applicable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers may place a new order once the refund is processed.
